(Sr.) Executive, Business Analytics

We are seeking a (Sr.) Executive, Business Analytics, who will engage stakeholders, manage requirements, document processes, validate solutions, verify output, support testing, and train users in software development lifecycle.
This role will report to Director, Technical Business
And his/her responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, clarify business requirements, and validate proposed solutions for software products.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Creating and maintaining project and product documentation, including business cases, business models, project scope, functional specifications, prototypes/mockups/wireframes, diagrams, workflows, user cases, user stories/product backlog items, glossaries, lessons learned, and user guides.
- Managing changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper impact analysis and communication to stakeholders.
- Verifying team output through usability testing, validating "before" and "after" results from the changing system, and conducting acceptance testing.
- Training key users and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live processes.
