Role Overview
You will support the Social Media lead in daily social media and content operations for STARTRADER Vietnam, with a focus on financial content. You will help turn market news and ideas into engaging posts, videos and educational content, and translate and localize global materials for Vietnamese audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social media content
Execute daily content following the social media calendar across Facebook, TikTok, Threads and other channels. Write copy for posts and short videos.
Brainstorm ideas for content and keep it up to date with financial and market news in Vietnam and globally.
Make sure all financial content is accurate, balanced and follows brand and compliance guidelines, with no promises of returns.
Work with the global marketing team on content, campaigns and brand guidelines. Receive global materials and localize them into natural Vietnamese for our market.
Scheduling & publishing: Support content uploading, tagging, scheduling and publishing across social media channels.
Workflow coordination: Track content deadlines, creative assets and approval status, and follow up with relevant teams.
Campaign support: Support the execution of social content for local promotions, events, CSR and partnerships with the guidance.
Education content
Write scripts and content for education videos and series, such as market explainers and trading basics.
Turn complex financial concepts into simple, clear Vietnamese.
Work with the education team to plan topics and keep content consistent.
Design collaboration
Come up with content ideas and visual concepts.
Keep visuals on brand
Write clear briefs for
designers and
video editors
Review drafts, give feedback and finalize on deadline
AI-assisted work
Use AI tools to speed up research, ideas, drafts, scripts and translation
Check and edit AI output carefully, especially financial facts, numbers and wording, before publishing
Keep up with new AI tools that can improve our content workflow
Requirement And Skills
1 to 2 years of experience in social media or content marketing, or a strong internship portfolio
Excellent Vietnamese writing, with a clear and engaging style
Good English for reading global news and translating content
Interest in finance, with a habit of following financial news and markets
Able to explain complex ideas simply in short video scripts
Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
Basic skills in Canva or CapCut, or similar tools
Organized and reliable with daily deadlines
Nice-to-have
Background or study in finance, economics, trading or investing
Experience with Meta Business Suite and boosting posts
Experience working with designers and editors
Portfolio Requirements
Since this is an execution-heavy role, we'll focus on real examples during interview: A program, campaign, or event you've run end-to-end, what was your role, what challenges came up, how did you handle them A document/material you've produced (sales kit, guide, deck), to see your writing and structuring style An example of working directly with a partner or external stakeholder to get something done
This role is the financial-knowledge face of the brand, and the owner of the Education channel's growth strategy end to end, not just a content producer working off a fixed calendar.
We need someone who understands financial markets deeply enough to host real conversations, and who thinks like a brand and growth owner: what direction should this channel take to grow, not just what to film today.
This person will also lead the KOL network and manage a small production team.
