Job Description
1. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for GHN's warehouse automation and logistics operations.
- Rebuild and enhance automated sorting systems for new transit warehouses, leveraging existing legacy systems.
- Design system architecture and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop socket-based communication and APIs to integrate software with warehouse automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve system stability.
- Leverage AI coding tools and agents to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in online on-call support for night-time warehouse operations (approximately 1-2 shifts every two weeks, with team support).
Your Skills and Experience
2. Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of backend development experience with strong hands-on Golang.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Microservices-based systems.
- Strong system design and software architecture skills.
- Solid experience with SQL databases, distributed systems, concurrency, and socket-based communication.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools and agents
- Strong ownership, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
- Willingness to support production systems when needed.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Python, MongoDB, or React.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud services.
- Experience building AI agents for system monitoring or troubleshooting.
