We are looking for an ambitious, high-octane CEO Assistant to serve as the ultimate force multiplier for our CEO. This is not a passive administrative or secretarial job-it is a front-line execution role tailored for a proven startup generalist. You will work side-by-side with the founder, leverage your multi-departmental experience to unblock bottlenecks, roll up your sleeves to fix broken processes, and push critical operational initiatives over the finish line.
- Cross-Functional Operations & Execution (Multi-Departmental)
- Leverage your cross-functional background (Sales, Marketing, HR, Product Ops) to track performance, align department heads, and ensure key business objectives are met.
- Jump straight into the trenches (hands-on) to plug operational gaps, temporarily cover missing roles, or restructure workflows across any department.
- Act as the CEO's chief troubleshooter: step in on special pilot projects and sprint from 0-to-1 on new business initiatives.
- Process Optimization & Systems Building
- Build, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to turn startup chaos into scalable systems.
- Strategic Alignment & Executive Support
- Drive accountability across department leads to ensure the CEO's decisions are executed with high speed and quality.
- Prepare high-stakes briefs, quantitative reports, and presentation decks for board meetings, key partners, and investors.
- Represent the CEO in cross-departmental alignment syncs to ensure clear, sharp communication company-wide.
