Store & Logistics Manager

Overall Responsibility
To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the HCM Store & Logistics department, in accordance with company procedures and standards, managing local inventory, and ensuring the efficient operation of the HCM Warehouse & Local Delivery team.
- Warehouse Management
Inventory Management: Ensure goods are stored properly, monitor local inventory levels, and ensure the HCM warehouse is always ready for local business and distribution needs.
Control of Goods In/Out: Oversee the process of receiving, storing, and dispatching goods at HCM warehouse. Ensure goods are handled accurately and timely.
Optimize Warehouse Space: Arrange the HCM warehouse scientifically and efficiently to optimize storage space and facilitate easy retrieval of goods.
- Local Logistics Management
Transportation Coordination: Organize and manage the local transportation of goods from HCM warehouse to customers or distribution hubs, including selecting local service providers and monitoring the delivery process.
Delivery Management: Ensure goods are delivered to local customers on time and in good condition; actively resolve logistics issues arising in the Southern region.
Import Goods Receipt Coordination: Coordinate with the Head Office Import-Export team to receive, inspect, and safely unload imported shipments at HCM Warehouse.
Optimize Local Logistics Processes: Enhance the efficiency of local storage and delivery processes by applying new methods and warehouse technologies.
- People Management
Team Supervision: Directly manage, train, and supervise the warehouse team.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all team members strictly comply with workplace safety regulations (EHS) and warehouse standards.
- Process Optimization
Streamline end-to-end fulfillment SOPs (order intake to dispatch) to reduce order lead time.
Establish and monitor key supply chain metrics (OTIF, Order Cycle Time, Inventory Accuracy) to enable data-driven governance.
Deploy Lean/5S practices and system-driven slotting optimization to minimize warehouse travel time.
