Reporting to: Area Manager (AM) Manage
sales staff at the assigned store and arrange work shifts.
Train sales staff.
Understand product information: key features, suitable fashion styles, pricing, size conversions, and apply this knowledge flexibly during sales.
Introduce and consult customers on products. Ensure sales targets are met and follow up with potential customers.
Comply with sales regulations and store/shopping mall policies.
Ensure excellent customer service through professional attitude and consultation;
handle customer complaints professionally, following procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with trends and report to the Area Manager/Company for timely improvements.
Regularly inspect store cleanliness and maintain hygiene.
Preserve products and conduct periodic inventory checks. Support and ensure in- store displays follow company standards/guidelines.
