Store Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Shop Manager to join our new and growing beverage business.

This is more than a daily shop management role. You will work closely with the Operation Manager to build, test and improve our shop operations, products and processes.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We value people who learn fast, take initiative, solve problems and want to grow with the business.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily shop operations and lead the shop team.
• Ensure drink quality, service quality and shop cleanliness.
• Monitor ingredients, packaging, stock and daily shop activities.
• Follow and improve SOPs and checklists.
• Learn and operate new machines and equipment.
• Support new product, equipment and process testing.
• Identify operational problems and find practical solutions.
• Work closely with the Operation Manager and foreign owners/management.
• Support the team during shop setup and the early stage of operation.
