Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Lead the development of communication strategies, campaign frameworks, and brand positioning across multiple clients and projects.
Translate business objectives into actionable, insight-led marketing strategies that inspire impactful creative solutions.
Integrated Campaign Strategy
Build integrated communication strategies across digital, social, content, activation, and experiential channels.
Partner closely with Creative, Account, Media, and Production teams from strategic briefing to execution.
Consumer Insight & Cultural Strategy
Drive consumer, market, cultural, and trend research to uncover meaningful insights and strategic opportunities.
Identify emerging opportunities in creator economy, influencer marketing, sports, and culture-driven campaigns.
Client & Business Partnership
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leading strategy presentations, campaign rationale, and new business pitches.
Build trusted client relationships through strong strategic perspectives and insight-driven recommendations.
Team Development
Mentor and develop planning team members, strengthening strategic capabilities through coaching, frameworks, and knowledge sharing.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
5-8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Brand Strategy, or Communication Planning within creative, digital, or integrated agency environments.
Experience in Influencer Marketing or Sports Marketing is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into clear marketing and communication strategies.
Proven ability to uncover consumer and cultural insights that drive impactful campaign ideas.
Solid understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital, social, influencer, content, and experiential marketing.
Strong awareness of culture, entertainment, trends, and sports ecosystem.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and strategic narrative development skills.
Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional working ability across Account, Creative, Media, Production, and Data teams.
