RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview
Take the lead in the Planning stages, and balance the creative side of the advertising agency and the business side of the client.
Come up with a Digital / Social communication plan to address marketing objectives and business objectives of clients across multi-touch points as integration campaigns with PR, Activation, Digital Media...
Imply understanding of current and emerging Social/ Digital Communication platforms, Trending Creative Formats, and Consumer's Usages & Behaviors for a better deployment plan.
Pre-campaign Planning
Conduct the research queries and work closely with the Internal Teams/ Data Team to explore the relevant insights.
Come up with a communication approach, debrief the Creative Team, channel mix, and measure of success. Consolidate deck and lead presentation.
Overview and set up the practical measure of success in communication that answers the campaign's objectives / Campaign goals.
Campaign Measurement & Report
Review and work closely to account for report campaigns to clients and take key learning for the following campaigns/plans.
The scope of work will be customized according to project expectations, client requirements or marketing field updates.
Report to: Managing Director
Work Relation:
Internal: Collap with Social Data Analyst, Account Department, Creative Department, Media Team, Planning members.
Other Business Units in YouNet Group: YouNet Media, Buzzmetrics, YouNet AM, Mango Digital
External: Clients, Third parties,...
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in the Digital Agency field or similar role. Proven work experience in Social planning (especially Influencer Marketing) is a plus.
Experiencing in developing and implementing digital communication strategies.
Extensive knowledge of common industry.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
Research and analytical skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good at presentation skills
Critical thinking, analytical & familiarity with social data (Social Listening Tool in YouNet Group)
