Job Overview
The Jr Strategic Planner plays a central role in shaping brand and communication strategies for
clients. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing data, developing multi-channel
communication strategies, and working closely with internal teams to create impactful
campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and analyzing client requirements: Gain deep insights into client needs, business objectives, and brand context.
Research and analysis:
Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to analyze industry, and competitor communication to find out opportunity and direction for plan
Develop persona of target audience and insight to develop proposition for communication
Communication direction:
Define communication directions for campaigns.
Collaborating with internal teams:
Collaborate with medical team to understand medical term to find out medical fact support for strategy
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ideas align with strategy.
Coordinate with the digital team to refine communication plans and ensure campaign effectiveness.
Work with the account team to develop compelling proposals for clients.
Presentation & execution:
Present strategies to clients.
Monitor implementation and evaluate campaign performance.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 years of experience in marketing, branding, or agency environments.
Deep understanding of branding, communications, and consumer behavior (experience in the healthcare industry is a plus).
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with account, creative, and digital teams for campaign execution.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Passion for marketing & communications.
