The Strategic Planning Coordinator will support Strategic Planning Department's roles and initiatives by coordinating cross-departmental projects, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Proficiency in Korean is essential to facilitate communication with Senior Managers, HQ, Shinhan Affiliates, and other 3rd parties, etc.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
• Assist in development and execution the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and HQ in Korean and English.
2. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Coordinate & monitor key initiatives to ensure they align with company objectives and timelines.
• Prepare meeting & report materials and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), Follow-Ups & Strategic Planning Reports.
• Follow up on action items from meetings, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely execution.
3. Communication:
• Act as a point of contact between Shinhan Finance and Shinhan Card HQ, Shinhan Affiliates & other 3rd parties to ensure effective communication in Korean, Vietnamese, and English.
• Translate and interpret documents, reports, and communications as needed.
• Ensuring alignment and clarity on communicating deliverables.
4. Meeting and Documentation:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including strategic plans, project updates, and meeting minutes.
• Analyze data and prepare reports that inform business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
5. Ad-hoc tasks & project by Strategy Planning Department
Yêu cầu
1. Academic qualification:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Banking, Korean Language
2. Working experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in Financial sector, Korean companies
• Preferably working experience in Korea
3. Language qualification:
• Korean equivalent TOPIK Level 5 or above
• Business English equivalent TOEIC 780 and above, or TOEIC Speaking 150 and above
4. Computer skill qualification:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Prefer well-organized & good sense of visual of PPT report designing skill
5. Communication skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
6. Preferred Qualifications:
• Good knowledge about consumer finance/banking business
