As a Strategic Planning Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of effective marketing strategies for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience in research, analysis, and creative briefing, working alongside experienced strategists to uncover insights and inspire impactful campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Extract key observations from syndicated and client research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in designing powerful primary research methodologies where necessary to gather deeper consumer insights.
Mine the marketplace, analyze the competition, and explore the consumer world to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends.
Support the monitoring, interpreting, and generating of knowledge about trends and opportunities relevant to key clients' businesses.
Work collaboratively with the account and strategy team to effectively craft creative briefs that inspire the creative team to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.
Prepare for, participate in, and contribute to ideation sessions and client workshops, bringing fresh perspectives and creative ideas to the table.
Undertake other assigned tasks by strategists to support the team's overall objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Must be in your last year of university studies or have less than 1 year of professional experience.
Creativity, teamwork, and strategic integrated thinking are key skills for this role.
Solid knowledge of and passion for culture and advertising, media, and marketing trends.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English.
Have a can-do attitude and be open to new challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and market trends.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing.
