🎯 MỤC TIÊU VỊ TRÍ / POSITION PURPOSE
Tối ưu hóa tổng chi phí sở hữu (TCO) và thiết lập mạng lưới nhà cung cấp/nhà sản xuất chiến lược quốc tế cho các giải pháp bệnh viện và thiết bị y tế.
Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and establish strategic partnerships with international suppliers for medical devices and hospital solutions.
🔑 TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Phân tích thị trường, lập kế hoạch sourcing theo ngành hàng/quốc gia và đề xuất chiến lược nguồn cung (đơn nguồn, đa nguồn, nguồn thay thế)/ Analyze supply markets, formulate category/country sourcing plans, and propose sourcing strategies (single, multi, or alternative).
- Chủ động tìm kiếm, khảo sát năng lực/pháp lý và đánh giá các nhà sản xuất quốc tế trên cơ sở minh bạch/ Proactively search, evaluate capacity/legal compliance, and qualify international manufacturers transparently.
- Chủ trì đàm phán giá, chiết khấu, Incoterms, điều kiện thanh toán, hợp đồng khung và thỏa thuận phân phối/ Lead negotiations on pricing, discounts, Incoterms, payment terms, master agreements, and distribution rights.
- Phân tích cấu phần giá, TCO, đề xuất giải pháp logistics chiến lược và đo lường chính xác giá trị tiết kiệm (cost savings)/ Analyze price structures and TCO, propose strategic logistics options, and track cost savings.
- Quản lý danh mục nhà cung cấp, cảnh báo sớm rủi ro nguồn cung và bàn giao điều kiện thương mại cho bộ phận Mua hàng vận hành/ Manage supplier categories, mitigate supply risks, and hand over negotiated terms to Operational Procurement.
📋 YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN / REQUIREMENTS
- Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong Strategic Sourcing, Mua hàng hoặc Phát triển nhà cung cấp (Ưu tiên ngành Thiết bị y tế, Bệnh viện, Kỹ thuật)/ Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier development (Medical devices/Healthcare/Engineering preferred).
- Có thành tích thực tế về trực tiếp tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và đàm phán thương mại/hợp đồng phân phối với đối tác quốc tế/ Proven track record of directly sourcing and negotiating commercial terms/distribution agreements with overseas suppliers.
- Tiếng Anh tốt (đủ khả năng đàm phán độc lập và xử lý hợp đồng, chứng từ quốc tế)/ Fluent in English (capable of independent negotiation, contract drafting review, and international vendor communication).
- Am hiểu Incoterms, thanh toán quốc tế, phân tích TCO, sử dụng tốt Excel/ERP/ Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade/payments, TCO analysis, and ERP/Excel tools.
- Đạo đức nghề nghiệp cao: Trung thực, minh bạch, bảo mật thông tin thương mại và không có xung đột lợi ích/ High professional ethics: Integrity, transparency, strict confidentiality, and no conflict of interest.
