This role sits at the intersection of business growth and operational execution. You will work closely with partners and internal teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive growth, shape product direction, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across multiple teams.
Business Development & Strategy Execution:
Lead and support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that materially impact business objectives. You will own timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment end-to-end, working with Partners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Marketing, and others.
Help brainstorm and define a product position that serves the business objectives. Orchestrate other departments (Product, Marketing, Risk, etc.) in strategy and tactics planning so the product position is well understood and translated into action.
Support business modelling and synthesize information into reliable deliverables ready for presentation to senior executives and heads of departments.
Operation Excellence:
Work with the Growth Marketing team to cross-check and quality-check monthly campaigns and communication tactics.
Own and synthesize the monthly planning process; track actuals versus plan and calculate key product metrics (Traffic, Approval rate, Disbursement volume, etc.).
Ensure all product features and initiatives stay consistent with business objectives and regulatory requirements throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
Track business metrics and support data cleaning and analysis for bi-monthly and monthly business reports.
Support other tasks involving internal teams and partners.
Requirement:
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategy, Project Management, or Growth, preferably in a high-growth technology or financial services environment.
Prior exposure to fintech, e-wallets, lending, e-commerce, or consumer finance is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.
Skills & Attributes
Native Vietnamese with excellent English.
Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
