Mô tả công việc
- Initiate, drive and be a part of a variety of strategic efforts including playing a pivotal role in building annual/long-term strategic plans for business
- Establish short, medium, and long-term plans in a highly challenging sector
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in business development and operational strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to different business units and colleagues with valid data-based decision approach.
- Create an environment of trust by ensuring two-way dialogue with teams

Yêu cầu
- Has MBA background
- Overall experience of 7-10 years in Management Consulting or Business Development Strategy roles
- Experience of working and reporting to leadership and/or such high-power and relevant Committees
- Proven track record on interacting with Executive Management in a highly sensitive and collaborative environment to build business strategic direction
- Proven ability to clearly convey information and instructions, which will determine the effectiveness with which strategies are executed across the organization
- Experience of building appropriate and effective networks, locally and globally
- Should possess a thorough understanding of engineering/software business/commercial and must be able to derive actionable insights around the confluence of market trends, competitive landscape, new age technologies and organizational behavior
- Has network in IT Industry
- Has an inherent interest in the start-up ecosystem relevant to the target domains and can proactively recommend partnerships, investment opportunities, and changes in the business' modus operandi
- Possess strong self-leadership and excellent management of timelines
- Can create powerful messaging for the market and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Should be able to design and lead team workshops
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Articulate, dynamic, energetic and delivery focused, flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
- Has exceptionally good analytical skills
- Inspires trust and confidence in the business's leadership and management, who will then be willing to follow strategic insights and directives.
