strategy & foundation associate (full -time)

This position is responsible for supporting strategy and foundation projects including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/evaluating, and finalizing foundation and strategy activities under the direction of the CEO implemented in Hanoi and other remote locations in Vietnam.
This position will primarily be in charge of foundation and strategy projects that promote IEG Foundation and the company's visions and increase impacts in education, which include, but are not limited to: publications, educational events, internal marketing, branding, etc.
Additionally, this position will support his/her team in other education projects including consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Publication: Plan the publication's content, layout, design, style and tone. Review written content and provide suggestions for edits when needed. Write editorial pieces to contribute to the publication.
Social Media Platform: Create content on platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, IEG consulting website) consistent with the organization's brand
Project Implementation: In charge of project planning, start up, implementation, and monitoring. Conduct activities on schedule, within scope and budget.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor project activities conducted by IEG Foundation and partners. Utilize survey, interview, discussion, and other data collection methods to monitor and evaluate project activities. Ensure activity and project outputs meet defined scope and quality.
Reporting and Data Entry: Data is compiled from surveys, questionnaires, and activities to create a summary of information for input into reports including data software, monthly, and annual reports for review by the CEO.
