ObjectivesWe are looking for an Engagement Manager/ Strategy Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of PMAX Consulting's flagship growth-transformation engagements. You will turn ambiguous client business problems into client-ready recommendations and implementable systems, lead the engagement team, and manage CEO/CMO/CFO relationships - making sure each engagement across our portfolio (strategy, operating system, marketing investment/measurement) lands as decisions, systems and measurable impact, not slideware.
Job DescriptionSolutions you will deliver
Growth Strategy & Transformation Blueprint - 10-14 week engagements: where-to-play / how-to-win, capability roadmap, investment plan, transformation governance, Board sign-off.
Growth Operating System Design - KPI tree, planning cadence, budget governance, campaign operating rhythm, ROI dashboard, agency scorecard + change management & pilot.
Marketing Effectiveness & Investment System - MMM / attribution / dynamic budget allocation; CFO-CMO investment governance.
Gateway diagnostics, C-suite workshops, and Embedded Squad / Growth PMO for implementation handoff.

Translate ambiguous client problems into structured workplans (issue trees, hypotheses, analysis plans) across strategy, operating-system and measurement engagements.
Architect deliverables: where-to-play/how-to-win strategy, operating-system components (KPI tree, cadence, governance, dashboards), and investment/measurement frameworks.
Client & C-suite Engagement
Facilitate CEO/CMO/CFO workshops and Gateway diagnostics; run Board endorsement and sign-off ceremonies.

Review decks, models and recommendations; raise output quality and reduce review loops.
Commercial, Governance & Handoff

Stand up transformation office / PMO governance; ensure clean handoff to Embedded Squad / Growth PMO or PMax Enterprise BUs.
Build reusable assets: frameworks, proposal templates, diagnosis checklists, dashboards and case studies.

Ability to design operating systems (KPI trees, planning cadences, budget governance, dashboards) and lead transformation/PMO governance.
