Act as a Business Intelligence partner for the Commercial team, managing category and brand solutions, and categories & shopper insights, proposing actionable plan, and supporting Commercial Directors with data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Analyze brand/category performance using internal & market data, identify trends and opportunities, and generate actionable insights, supporting Commercial Directors with data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Commercial Directors and Service teams to analyze brand positioning, category trends, shopper insights, competitors' analysis using market data to identify key growth drivers and maximize portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, performance tracking, and visibility of key KPIs (revenue, margin, efficiency).
• Partner with Commercial Directors and cross-functional teams (Service, Ops, Tech and Finance) to translate insights into plans, set priorities, and monitor execution.
• Prepare business reviews and strategic recommendations to support data-driven decisions and growth initiatives.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or Category Analysis.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce and familiarity with market data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and insight generation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience building dashboards and KPI performance reports.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
