Subcon Expeditor

Coordinate with Warehouse to provide the necessary HW or accessories (if any) to Subcons for FOP
Monitor FOP production progress at RSC/Subcons premises
Arrange and join First Off Product review at RSC/Subcons premises
Ensure FOP is approved by Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and QC before starting mass production.
Together with Buyers/Planner review subcon capacity before placing order to subcons and confirming ETA
Coordinate with ME, QC and QA to ensure that Component products are being produced at designated Subcon following the FOP
Coordinate with Warehouse (WH) to provide HW to Subcons (if any) and receive components
Notify Planner/Buyer of any issues with PO details (pricing, dates, quantities, etc.)
Coordinate with ME to support Subcons frequently and ensure that Subcons received and understood updated specifications from RSC.
Coordinate with other related departments to get updated information/changes/approval/guidance then provide to Subcons ASAP.
Maintain constant contact and follow-up timelines with Subcon in order to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD)
Report on delivery status on daily basis as well as in dedicated meeting.
Identify and alert of any Risks that may affect OTD.
Coordinate with all the Parties to resolve any Risks of delay
Alert on any quality issues after component is delivered and work with Subcons to repair or replace.
Coordinate with Warehouse (WH) to receive finished component products.
Update information from Subcon to Central Planning (CP) and QC, such as: delivery date, consumption materials...
Generate Subcons OTD reports and contribute to Subcons scorecards
Remain current on all documents and data records.
