What You'll Do
Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state solutions
Design scalable compensation and incentive solutions aligned with client objectives
Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor consultants
Drive solution architecture discussions across the broader SuccessFactors landscape
Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while contributing to practice growth
Key Criteria
Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
Proven success leading multiple end-to-end implementations across Compensation and Variable Pay modules
Strong functional configuration and solution design expertise
Experience integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with Employee Central and Performance & Goals
Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilation skills
Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring consultants
Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior business stakeholders
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay certification highly regarded
Work setup
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
