Supervisor, Rotating Equipment

Trách nhiệm chính/ Key accountabilities:
Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát một nhóm công nhân trong việc thực hiện các hoạt động hàng ngày tại công trường và thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ một cách an toàn và đúng tiến độ nhất định phù hợp với các quy tắc và quy định hiện hành của công ty và khách hàng cũng như các quy tắc lập pháp và luật định.
Responsible for supervising a team of workers in carrying out day-to-day site operations and perform all tasks safely and within given schedule in accordance with prevailing company and client's rules and regulations as well as Legislative and statutory codes.
Mô tả công việc/ Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát, đào tạo và hướng dẫn các kĩ thuật viên trong nhóm
Responsible for providing services, supervising and training the less experienced technicians in the group
2. Phân tích các thông số kĩ thuật của thiết bị quay. Hiểu về hoạt động và sử dụng phầm mềm CMMS
Perform root-cause analysis technique of rotating equipment. Understood the operate and utilize CMMS
3. Tư vấn kĩ thuật tháo rời và lắp ráp tất cả các thiết bị cơ khí và các phần có liên quan( bơm, máy nén, tua bin hơi, máy thổi khí, hộp số...)
Provide technical advice on the disassembling and assembling of various types and sizes of mechanical equipment and related components (pumps, Compressor, Steam Turbines, Air Blowers, Gearboxes, etc)
4. Đưa ra hướng dẫn về chuẩn đoán các bộ phận, kích thước và sắp sếp thiết bị, bộ phận có liên quan
Provide guidance and advice on diagnosis of parts, sizes and clearances of equipment and its related components
5. Lập kế hoạch chi tiết và và tham gia hoạt động bảo trì hàng ngày cho thiết bị quay
Provide detailed plan and maintenance activity of daily maintenance plan for rotating equipment and system
6. Có khả năng đưa ra quyết định dứt khoát và đề xuất các ý tưởng mới
Strong decision-making abilities and innovative to generate new ideas
7. Luôn tuân thủ đánh giá rủi ro (RA) đã được phê duyệt mới nhất, quy trình làm việc an toàn (SWP) và tuyên bố phương pháp (MS) để vận chuyển, lắp dựng, thay đổi, bảo trì, tháo dỡ và lưu giữ giàn giáo ...
Always comply with latest approved risk assessment (RA), safe work procedure (SWP) and method statements (MS) for the transportation, erection, alteration, maintenance, dismantling and storage of scaffolds.
8. Xin giấy phép làm việc trước khi tiến hành công việc và thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro trước khi làm việc. Thực hiện việc báo cáo hàng ngày, tuần. tháng cho cấp trên về tiến độ công việc.
Obtain all relevant permit to work required before carrying out the work and ensure compliance with the requirement set out in the Permit issued. Prepare detailed monthly, weekly, daily work tasks complying with the Project Master Schedule.
9. Đảm bảo có đủ nhân lực, thiết bị, vật lực đáp ứng các chỉ tiêu công việc hàng tháng, hàng tuần, hàng ngày đã đề ra.
Ensure adequate manpower, equipment and material resources are available to meet the monthly, weekly, daily production targets set out.
10. Thực hiện bất kỳ nhiệm vụ nào khác theo yêu cầu của người giám sát trực tiếp.
Perform any other duties as required by the immediate supervisor.
