Supplier Quality Management
Take full responsibility for the overall quality management of all assigned suppliers.
Monitor and track supplier quality improvements and handle any quality abnormalities proactively and effectively.
Auditing & Field Inspections
Conduct regular and rigorous quality audits and inspections directly at the suppliers' manufacturing sites.
Promote continuous quality improvement directly at the field level to prevent future defects and ensure production stability.
Corrective Action & Problem Solving
Handle and resolve any abnormal quality issues independently without requiring constant supervision.
Drive the execution of comprehensive 8D reports and perform root cause analysis using CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) methodologies.

Education & Qualifications
College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree; there is no restriction on the specific field of study.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience related to SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) or general Quality Management.
Deep and practical understanding of supplier quality management processes and auditing standards.
Skills & Competencies
Highly proficient in creating 8D reports, executing CAPA analyses, and driving field-level improvements.
Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Personality & Attitude
Male candidates aged between 20 and 30 years old are preferred due to the dynamic nature of field inspections.
Highly adaptable and willing to travel frequently to conduct on-site inspections and audits at supplier facilities.
