Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Supplier Quality Manager (Furniture, open to Locals & Expats, USD 3,500, ID 22864):
Track and supervise outsourced manufacturing workflows across supplier plants to maintain strict alignment with master production schedules.
Formulate, enforce, and enhance robust quality control protocols across external manufacturing sites to protect brand compliance.
Lead, mentor, and drive performance for the supplier-facing QC teams.
Conduct regular site visits and business trips to supplier factories (located in Binh Dinh and adjacent regions) for operational supervision, sample review, and Final Audits.
Collaborate directly with factory owners, plant managers, and production planners to resolve technical bottlenecks, raw material issues (timber/hardwood), and packaging challenges.
Direct the operational teams toward achieving corporate strategic targets and operational milestones assigned by executive management.
Fulfill additional duties and strategic assignments delegated by HOVN and the Board of Directors.
Requirement
Open to Locals & Expats.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Management, Engineering, Forestry, Wood Technology, or related disciplines.
03 to 05 years of leadership experience as a Production Manager or QC Manager within high-end furniture manufacturing or trading enterprises utilizing OEM/outsourced models.
Comprehensive understanding of timber processing, manufacturing techniques, and material properties.
Highly proficient in computer applications and design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent packages.
Business-fluent command of English for reporting to international BOD members and conducting high-level stakeholder negotiations.
Strong people management capabilities.
Able to work under pressure and open to frequent business travel.
