Supply Chain Analyst

Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Drive and own the relationship and communications with customers, tier-1 and tier 2 vendor partners.
· Evaluate and review vendors' performance regularly and independently. Determine areas of supply chain operations that require improvements.
· Lead the demand & supply planning process. Monitor PO status, on-time delivery, demand vs. supply, vendors' capacity, and customers' forecasts.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing delivery schedule adjustments and maintaining continuous flow of supply to fulfil demand requirements.
· Escalate any constraints, bottlenecks, and issues before they become business critical.
· Manage customers' supply chain-related queries and requests; translate customers' forecasts into action throughout the supply chain.
· Analyze data to investigate problems, find root causes and drive corrective action plans to solve supply chain issues.
· Create, run, and ensure timely delivery of detailed analysis, execution plans and generate reports / presentations.
· Responsible for collecting and controlling master data from tier 1 and tier 2 vendor partners.
· Support ERP systems projects and handle other ad hoc tasks as they arise.
· Ad-hoc support of SCM Team where required and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
