We are looking for a proactive Logistics Executive to manage order fulfillment, coordinate logistics activities, and oversee inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities
• Process daily POs and coordinate closely with warehouses and vendors to schedule efficiently shipment dispatches.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing logistics costs.
• Manage finished goods inventory, stock aging, and product shelf-life.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, Sales, and logistics reports.
Support customer credit control in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
Yêu cầu
• Age: around 30
• Education level: Bachelor in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Order fulfillment, Warehouse operations in FMCG, manufacturing, or Forwarding companies.
+ Experience in shipment coordination and working closely with warehouse teams and logistics service providers.
+ Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with suppliers.
• Commencement: Able to join immediately is preferred.
• Language: English - Business Level
Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: Up to 20 mil Gross (Probation: 60 days, 85% monthly SAL)
• Benefits: 18 days AL / year, Company trip, annual health check-up, Private health insurance, Parking allowance, Lunch provided at the factory, and company shuttle bus service.
• Bonus: Performance evaluation and annual salary review conducted in January.
Working place:
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).
• Work Location: Long An Factory (4 days/week), with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
