Mô tả công việc

System & Performance
The key responsibility is to support System & Performance activities in the Far East Region Supply Chain Team.
Order Management & Operations
• Support Purchase Order amendment to meet business needs
• Coordinate with merchandising team to process ER (Exception Report)
• Monitor and facilitate timely and accurate system update across the supply chain
• Validate freight invoices and meet the required SLA
• Support International hub operation activities
• Identify cost effective solutions to ship international hub orders
• Timely resolve international hub shipment exceptions
System & Performance
• Understand the system flow and be familiar with M&S relevant systems
• Ensure Freight manager to submit KPI data on time with quality.
• Involve & support in System & Performance workstream initiatives
General
• Support the region to deliver cost saving and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support the delivery of supply chain strategies and network requirement
• Support supply chain reporting
• Ensure service providers and suppliers adhere to SOP and trigger SOP update when required
• Deliver effective supplier training (face to face / online).
• Accountable for tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu

• Tertiary educated with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing supply chain will be preferred
• High integrity
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to details, logical thinking, and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, set right priorities and work to tight deadlines
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. SAP and Power BI will be a plus
