A. Purpose of Position / Mục đích của công việc
Improve and maintain the best service to Clients regarding logistics, especially inventory management.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and balance stock across branches to minimize out-of-stock situations and complaints.
Minimize transfer-stock costs while meeting quality service levels.
B. Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm
Monitor inventory levels by Clients and ensure balanced stocks among branches.
Calculate branch stock demands and execute transfers accordingly.
Work closely with Clients or internal departments to resolve branch transfer issues.
Communicate with Clients and related parties to address inventory-related concerns.
Prepare and submit reports to the Supply Chain Manager, Finance, and Clients on time.
Monitor and update inventory turnover days to maintain within standard levels.
Coordinate with other departments to solve internal stock transfer issues.
Minimize processing errors in systems and reports.
Adhere to inventory quality standards and meet service-level indicators.
Continuously improve processes and procedures in inventory management.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education & Qualification: University/College degree.
Strong background and experience in inventory management and finance.
Good computer literacy, especially MS Office.
Proficient in English, particularly reading and writing.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Well-organized, patient, and accurate.
Persistent and industrious.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
