Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, logistics coordination, and import-export documentation. This role works closely with sales, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and record sales orders,
purchasing activities, delivery data, and invoices accurately in the system
• Coordinate order planning, shipment schedules, and delivery operations
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Monitor shipments, warehouse operations, and delivery progress
• Work with customs brokers and logistics vendors to ensure timely clearance and delivery
• Prepare and manage logistics reports, including delivery status and performance tracking
• Maintain and analyze customer data (orders, payments, delivery history) to support business decisions
• Coordinate with customers to handle delivery plans, inquiries, and issues
• Manage logistics-related documents, claims, and incident reports
• Support the sales team and perform other tasks as assigned
