· Source of items required to buy.
· Confirm the items are correct with Management Team.
· Lead the procurement activities for the company's business operations, ensuring that procurement meets the price, quality, type, and time requirements.
· Monitor, update, and manage the inventory (import - export - inventory)
· Do the tracking of the import - export and domestic orders, fleet management, freight forwarding activities as required by the company's business operations.
· Support in Administrative tasks.
· Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operations.
· Complete the Ad-hoc requirements from Management team.
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related majors.
· Have at least 6 months of experience in
Purchasing / Logistics field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
· Intermediate English.
· Have working experience in F&B , FMCG , Retail , Manufacturing is a plus.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage task and timeline effectively.
· Proactive, Detail-oriented.
