Mô tả công việc
- The objective of the position is to support the SC Fin Supervisor in preparing analyses and reports to support the requirements of management, specifically related to supply chain and manufacturing cost management, capital investment, procurement commodities prices.
- Gather, organize, analyze relevant manufacturing cost and recommend areas to get efficiency on direct labor, variable and fixed overhead.
- Prepare, and analyze COGs, transfer price
- Assist in preparation of monthly report (Purchase price and production usage variance, cost saving initiation, Capex, Operation expense)
- Being partner with manufacturing, supply chain department in providing information insight to drive efficiencies in supply chain decision making.
- Understanding of key processes to help standardize and simplify tasks.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.
- Support to build cost simulation of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new line investment, and Craft the master budget plan for standard cost, manufacturing cost, supply chain cost, procurement cost, Capex investment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate in Accounting/Finance/Auditing or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in FMCG industry
- Demonstrated familiarity with supply chain processes, manufacturing cost, supply chain cost, budget analysis, commodities prices
- Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Modern ERP System knowledge eg SAP
- Strong at analytical skills, problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail

- Good at communication
