A.BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Be a key business partner for CI team: overhead cost controlling, trial cost to drive cost accuracy,
effective cost control across operations.
- Responsible for standard cost calculation, including tentative and final product costing, and ensuring
alignment across BOM, routing and operational inputs.
- Leading consolidation reporting, meeting for actual and forecast, including One Data Base reporting
project and product loss/scrap reduction analysis.

B. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Costing and Financial Analysis:
- Calculate SCP including tentative cost and final SCP as part of annual budget cycle.
- Analysis cost components: material, Labor, OVH and variances
- Support NPD process and provide financial insights for decision making.
- Assist SCF manager in costing analysis/reports and cost benchmarking.
- Leading consolidation of continuously improving reporting for actual and forecast,
including One Data Base reporting project.
2. BOM & routing Alignment:
- Work closely with RDQ, procurement, and CI teams to develop and validate BOM,
routing and price.
- Ensure consistency and alignment in BOM, routing and reflect into SCP.
- Ensure all updates are accurately reflected in SCP.
3. Coss-functional collaboration
- Act as Business partner to procurement, RDQ, CI team
- Provide cost impact analysis, financial consult, OVH cost controlling.
- Contribute to decision making by evaluating financial implications ò operational
changes.
4. Overhead and labor cost control
- Monitor and control OVH for CI department
- Manage direct labor cost including Headcount, FTE, Overtime
- Tracking direct labor efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement through data-driven insights
- Analyse scrap rates during trial production, production loss report
5. Master data management
- Maintain and ensure accuracy RPM, FG master data
- Ensure timely updates and strong data integrity within systems.
6. Other responsibilities
- Other ad-hoc analysis, reporting and accounting tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
- Degree in major in Financial/Accounting with minimum 2 years' experience in costing. An FMCG is an advantage
- Experience from big MNC with more than 500 SKU, FMCG is preferred
- Good at both spoken & written English skills
- Ability to communicate across functions at various levels
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Advanced Excel user is a must. Familiarity with SAP, BI
- Team player adapts well in a diverse environment.
- Analytical capacity to work with complexity and prepare suitable recommendations for the business
