• Lead the overall Supply Chain function, covering Production Planning, Material Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and Customer Service.
• Drive key KPIs including On-Time Delivery, Lead-Time Reliability, Stock Turns, Inventory Reduction, Supplier Performance and Cost Efficiency.
• Oversee long-, medium- and short-term production planning, including capacity planning, MRP and MPS.
• Ensure material availability and optimize safety stock,
purchasing plans and inventory levels in line with production and customer demand.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, customs clearance, import/export activities, warehouse operations and shipping.
• Oversee Sales Administration and Customer Service activities, including sales orders, shipment coordination and customer claims.
• Identify and implement cost-saving, process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team, with a focus on performance, engagement and retention.
• Contribute to capacity planning, investment decisions, production footprint and new product development from a Supply Chain perspective.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong exposure across Production Planning, Material Planning, Logistics and Warehouse.
• Proven experience leading and developing a large operational team.
• Experience managing budgets and driving cost and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of import/export and customs operations.
• Good command of SAP/ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
