We have shuttle bus from HCM to Long An
*** Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Bachelor/ master degree in business/ Supply Chain Management is added advantage.
- Ten + years of experience as a supervisor and Team leader.
*** Required Skills/Abilities:
- Having core experience in Supply chain and developing new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Having supplier network experience - Local and Global
- Having technical knowledge (Mechanical and Electrical)
- Negotiation skills with a proven ability with suppliers, agencies and transporters
- Interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive working relationships with team members, stake holders, suppliers, agencies and transporters
- Understanding on Taxes and Inco terms
- Having supervisory and leadership skills.
- Having organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of company products (training provide by company)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Having SAP software knowledge is added advantage
*** Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Able to hire and train in department members.
- Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Able to provide support and guide to team members, whenever they need it.
- Conducts performance evaluations of department timely and constructively.
