Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager leads all Supply Chain Management, including Technical, Product Development, Sourcing, Purchasing and Planning functions.
SOURCING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
Manage Sourcing & PD team to build up supplier network by searching for potential suppliers, evaluating, make training to ensure suppliers meet Trim Solutions Group quality standards.
Be responsible for outsourced purchasing cost and inhouse BOM and costing.
Keep qualifying supplier's capability / capacity, maintain partnership with suppliers.
Monitor development of new global/local items/project which need new technology, co-operate with supplier for the solutions.
Manage Purchasing team to ensure PO are placed and planned properly and monitor able. Keep procurement process are in most effective result: quality, cost and leadtime.
Manage the allocation process in-house/outsource to ensure all the orders meet the target/request lead time.
TECHNICAL CONTROL
Control Product Specification & Quality Target for In-house products
Manage the allocation process in-house/outsource to ensure all orders meet the target/requested lead time.
Manage the coordination for the entire operation process: CS-TECHNICAL/PD-FACTORY to ensure all orders run smoothly and effectively.
PURCHASING:
Manage the full ordering process including processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on- time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
Manage updated layout and send to Production/ Supplier
Manage the team to follow up and ensure smooth production process and resolve problems
Manage the team to response and ensure the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
Periodically analyze and adjust lot sizes and lead times based upon sale demands and production capacity. Minimize change over as well as level of inventory
Take charge of suppliers' performance evaluation
Be responsible for Sourcing, Visiting & Auditing outsourced suppliers in order to handle the order process smoothly
PLANNING:
Manage outsourced and in-house order production and tracking to ensure goods delivery on time
Ensure effective coordinate among PD/Technical, Planning, Purchasing and Production on material & goods
Be responsible for Production planning, material planning, resource planning
Direct production planning and control activities. Optimize production processes and schedules to meet production and shipping objectives
Control capacity of each production lines, and liaise with production dept for production schedule
Coordinate activities with department managers and supervisors throughout the organization to ensure timely delivery
Monitor actual production and inventory in order to better plan, interpret variances, and correct problems as necessary to meet customer commitments
Expand and refine capacity planning concepts with key work centers and processes
Recommend refinements/improvements to operating system
