Supply Chain Operations Specialist

1. Supply Chain & Order Management Operations
• Develop robust demand forecasts and execute purchase orders (POs) to maintain optimal inventory health.
• Proactively monitor PO lifecycles and shipping statuses to mitigate risks of delays or stock shortages.
• Collaborate closely with distributors to streamline processing and minimize additional storage costs.
• Prepare and review sub-labels, Proforma Invoices (PI), and shipment release documentation to ensure 100% readiness prior to arrival.
• Conduct reconciliation of inbound freight costs and supporting documentation.
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives for inbound freight cost optimization and control.
2. Inventory and Warehouse Control
• Oversee stock levels across all warehouses to ensure strict alignment with target inventory parameters.
• Coordinate with distributors to safeguard product availability while preventing overstock or stock-out scenarios.
• Lead stock reconciliation efforts and conduct regular inventory accuracy audits.
3. Distributor & Customer Management
• Ensure distributor compliance with established corporate processes, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor goods movement and provide operational support to ensure high order fulfillment rates.
• Coordinate the execution of promotional programs with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they reach the correct distributors, channels, and customers within specified timelines.
4. Operational Excellence & Reporting
• Manage the customer order cycle from receipt to final delivery with a focus on precision and speed.
• Proactively resolve issues affecting delivery timelines for pending orders.
• Serve as the primary bridge between the Field Force (FF) team and distributors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Generate comprehensive reports on inventory status, shipment tracking, and overall supply chain KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance localized operational efficiency.
