Supply Chain Supervisor

Role Purpose
Implement and plan the supply chain in the way that customer' requests to be satisfied at appropriate time and quantity taking in considering the efficiency, available capacities and the imperative of cost reducing
Accountabilities
• Planning and management of all orders from procurement, production, and delivery to customer, warehouse and distribution centers (DC). Ensure highest level of customer service
• Responsible for order accuracy by ensuring the right products are ordered; prices, deals, allowances, methods of shipment, and shipping platform are applied to the order; and adequate lead time is given to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage the alignment between production schedule, supplier orders and delivery of materials
• Coordinate with suppliers, agents, forwarders, and the shipping coordinators for material delivery and custom clearance procedure
• Manage the ERP system related process and handle data input, approval, and reports
• Communicate with finance team, sales, planner, QC, warehouse/DC, and customers
• Supervise and integrate the whole supply chains
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Analyze data and recognize trends that impact the supply chain in support of continuous improvement
• Performs other related duties as assigned
