Supply Planning Supervisor

Job Summary:
• Confirm the supply plan for Export markets
• Providing timely feedback on supply capabilities, and ensuring efficient coordination of export shipments
• Balancing supply and demand, preventing inventory issues
Supply plan
• Confirm and validate supply plans for both Domestic and Export markets in alignment with demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback on supply capability for customer orders and forecasted demand based on current resource availability.
• Coordinate and arrange export shipments in line with booking schedules, loading capacity, and material readiness.
• Monitor and support the execution of the supply plan, identifying and resolving gaps or delays to maintain customer service levels.
SLOB management
• Drive preventive and corrective actions to manage and reduce Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory.
Others
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to provide solutions when demand exceeds production capacity or when storage space for finished goods is constrained.
• Support the implementation of supply planning best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
• Track and report key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
