Position Purpose Statement:
In this role you will be responsible for the valuation of all types of properties in Vietnam.
Your duties will extend to support business generation and fee income. As such, you will be working towards increasing the range and quantity of instructions and undertake loan security valuations as gained personally or from allocation by seniors.
The role will require responsibilities surrounding client care. You will be preparing reports and responding quickly to client enquiries, whilst at all times upholding the professional image of Knight Frank.
You will be working to support various professional standards which will include acquiring and building a sound knowledge of property markets and legal case law.
You will be adhering to deadlines and make good use of office records and procedures.
The role will require you to respect confidentiality of sensitive information and to abide by the principle of continuing professional developments.
Within the role you will be liaising with members of other departments and gaining an understanding of individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations, whilst looking for opportunities for cross selling the business.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have the capacity for accuracy, attention to detail and own an orderly approach to work and numeracy.
You will have the ability to confidently communicate facts clearly in person and in writing - producing reports.
2+ years relevant working experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Real Estate, Finance, equivalent qualification
Excellent command of English
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Solid understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and investment analysis.
Experience in DCF and financial feasibility analysis.
Ability to analyze complex financial and operational information and translate findings into commercially meaningful conclusions.
Good understanding of M&A, investment and transaction advisory principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
