- Planning and implementation of PPAs/dPPAs for various facilities across the group.
- Establish and implement sustainability framework to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements of clients.
- Engage and work with SEA teams, maintenance teams and other local functions for implementation of sustainability programs like Energy Efficiency, Continuous Improvements, Coal to Biomass transition projects, RECs, etc.
- Facilitate energy assessment of manufacturing units to identify improvements and implementation of action plans.
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies of products and processes.
- Manage global sustainability data collection and reporting system to ensure data accuracy and support system improvements and facilitate sustainability performance monitoring.
- Work with new construction project teams for ensuring integration of green building practices.
- Data collection and reporting to CDP and other requirements.
- Conduct internal audits of group companies and support them in preparation for external audits.
- Sustainability training to various levels of employees in the group.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external communication on sustainability.
