Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for ERP enhancements or new implementations.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Evaluate ERP system capabilities and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and integration.
• Serve as the liaison between end-users and
developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during implementation and go-live phases.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users on ERP functionalities.
