System Analyst/ Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably with hands-on involvement in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Sales.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in tools like Visio, Excel, SQL, and documentation platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ERP migration or integration projects.
• Background in manufacturing, retail, or wholesale distribution industries.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
