Participating in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for critical cloud services
Keep monitoring & troubleshooting system including server hardware\Storage\VMware's product.
Perform maintenance hardware (HPE, DELL), software (OS, ESXi, vCenter, AVI ...)
Providing technical support for AWS services includes troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems and providing solutions\cost efficiency for customers using various AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, ELB...
Participate in the planning\deployment of integration projects.
Documenting and sharing knowledge: Documenting and sharing technical knowledge, solutions and best practices with the support team and customer community.
Yêu cầu
Strong experience with VMware's products.
MCSE or LPI certified Experience working with Linux/Windows
AWS Solution Architect - Associate.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Logical thinking, discipline, careful, honest.
Ability to research, learn to work effectively.
Intermediate speaking, reading, and writing skills in English
