Education
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Optical Communication, Physics,
Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
• Required:
More than 3 years of experience as an SMT PQE.
Proficient in SMT process requirements and key control points from solder paste printing through AOI inspection.
Familiar with various IPC standards.
• Preferred:
Experience managing quality for complex PCBA products, such as communication modules, servers, or high-speed optical products.
Experience leading project quality improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting NPI implementation for new products.
Familiar with post-placement processes, including selective soldering, wave soldering, X-ray inspection, etc.
Knowledge in TL9000 or ISO9001.
Skills & Abilities
• Required:
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
Ability to lead the resolution of major quality abnormalities/issues.
Capability to conduct production line process audits.
Good English or Chinese ability in reading, speaking and writing;
• Preferred:
Knowledge of optical component and subsystem, TL9000 or ISO9001 or ISO14001 internal auditor certificates;
Familiarity with manufacturing processes;
Good knowledge of material properties;
Good knowledge of 8D, 5W1H, 7QC tools, FMEA;
Good at Agile/RMA System;
Able to participate in English online meetings.
