I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Store recruitment in charge:
- Be in charge of mass recruitment for CVS operations based on weekly and monthly requests including screening CVs, interviewing, handling job offers, and onboarding process in order to reach recruit target (%) and budget;
- Work closely with the hiring manager to understand the operation and current situation of store staff;
- Track and make reports to optimize conversion rate for CSR recruitment;
- Analyze and make recruitment plan & campaign to achieve TA's goal;
- Work closely with EB Team to ensure sourcing data for CSR;
- Guide, train new members to perform and reach TA's KPIs.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques - At least 1 years of experience in FnB, CVS and chain store mass recruitment. (Must)
- Interviewing skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Good sense of caring people and company culture;
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager to learn and quick adaption;
- Strong passion for HR;
- Good task management.
