I. Job Purpose/ Mục Đích Công Việc:
Work closely with departments to implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents onboard. Besides, work closely with line managers to resolve people issues in retention, development, attraction and other HR matters
II. Job Accountabilities/ Trách Nhiệm Công Việc:
Be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process & activities, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing the remainder of the hiring process, seminars that relate to recruitment activities
Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
Handle new employee on-boarding and exit interview process
Build strong relationships and provide trusted advice on all HR programs, policies, processes
Handle employee relations issues, employee retention issues and propose solutions
Implement and facilitate annual performance management processes including, provide advice on performance management of employees
Coordinate in processes for respective business units, provide ongoing HR support related to contract renewals, salary reviews, employee resignations, handling daily employee queries related to their contracts/labor law
Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
College or University graduated, major in HR or relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
Ability to be independent, creative and accountable
Energetic, positive working attitude and a quick adapt person
Proactive nature, highly organized
Have customer mindset and attitude
Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect integrity of the Human Resources department
Good verbal & written skills in English are an advanced
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
