Full-Cycle Recruitment
Own assigned requisitions end-to-end - from posting to offer follow-up
Screen CVs and assess candidates against role criteria; make your own calls and defend them.
Manage candidate communication at every touchpoint, ensuring a fast, respectful, and human experience.
Employer Branding
Own EB content for assigned campaigns - job posts, social copy, campus materials - with a consistent, on-brand voice.
Translate the company's culture and EVP into content that actually makes people want to apply.
Proactively pitch content ideas; don't wait to be briefed.
Manage relationships with universities, student clubs, and organizations - covering events, sponsorships, and career opportunity sharing.
Channel Research & Funnel Improvement
Scout and evaluate recruitment channels - job boards, communities, social platforms, campus networks - for untapped talent pools.
Analyze channel performance data to surface real insights, not vanity metrics.
Recommend and help test new sourcing approaches based on your findings.
Recruitment Data and Ops
Track your recruitment efficiency metrics - conversion rates, time-to-fill, source quality - and come to the table with improvement proposals, not just reports.
Contribute to building and maintaining a clean data pipeline and structured recruitment resource library (JDs, interview guides, assessment tools, SOPs) and general recruitment administration as needed

Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) for content posting & community engagement).
High learning agility - picks up tools, feedback, and context fast
Sharp attention to detail - catches errors before they catch you

Curious & proactive & ownership mindset - asks why, follow through and proposes what's next
Experience with using ATS or other recruitment tracking system, Canva or any basic design tool for EB content creation is a plus
Must be able to work full-time in office
