About TA Intern position
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on recruitment experience through daily tasks, with regular guidance and feedback from a Senior TA. By the end of the internship, you will be able to independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate screenings based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking reports.
Support job posting, employer branding, and other recruitment activities.
Perform other HR/recruitment tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, especially within the IT industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skills.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job platforms, or AI tools for recruitment is a plus.
