Purpose of the job This job role contributes to Starbucks success by handling strategic staffing goals to attract, develop and retain a high-quality diverse workforce. Concentrates on recruiting in both operations and support center positions, up to senior/HOD-level. Managing our talent acquisition process, developing and executing employer branding initiatives, and driving our internal communication strategy. Job Description
1.Talent Acquisition.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse positions, from manager or staff-level.
• Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build good networks for recruitment, develop Talent Mapping and build sources in order to enrich recruitment database & build talent pipeline for the company.
• Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely manner.
2. Employer Branding
• Initiate & play a key role in Employer branding to promote Starbucks both internal and external.
• Coordination of corporate digital communication focusing on social media management, including concept development, implementation & monitoring
• Lead & execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs.
3. Internal communication
• Drive our internal communication strategy, ensuring effective communication across all departments and levels of the organization.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Measure the success of internal communication initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2 years or more of experience in Talent Acquisitions managerial role. Relevant work experience in F&B or retail industry is a big plus.
• Technology driven to continuously innovate and improve efficiency.
• Hard work is good but smart work is much better.
• Knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and training and development.
• Good command of 4 skills of English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Being careful, detail-oriented, good analysis skill.
• Strong Ethics and Discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
