• Minimum of five (5) years full cycle HR Partner and recruitment experience in an organization with 500+ employees
• Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code, especially with organizations which the demands for employee recruiting are high.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years
recruitment supervisory work experience
• A strong understanding and experience working in organizational diagnosis and talent development
• Skillful in gathering data, compile information, and prepare reports
• Good skills in office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc...)

• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
