Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy, strengthen employer branding, and build a sustainable talent pipeline across both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs and workforce planning.
Lead mass recruitment initiatives for factory workers, as well as professional and management-level hiring.
Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and improve performance.
Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, recruitment campaigns, employee engagement, and community partnerships.
Build strong recruitment networks with vocational schools, universities, local communities, and external partners.
Optimize recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and hiring costs to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion, and new hire retention.
Partner with
business leaders and HRBPs to anticipate manpower needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in mass recruitment and managing both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
Experience in leading and developing a recruitment team.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media recruitment, and ATS.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English.
Proactive, creative, results-oriented, and hands-on with a strong problem-solving mindset.
