1. Sourcing & screening
Explore & develop sourcing network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Use all methods available (e.g. Direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, etc.) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
Carry out initial screening and the first interview of shortlisted candidates as required for the allocated vacancies.
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
2. Interviewing
Be in charge of interview logistics arrangement.
Send recruiting emails, interview arrangement and follow up with candidates.
3. Branding activities:
Supports campus recruitment campaigns as required.
Refresh and enhance Employee Referral Program.
Support to promotes AkzoNobel's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) at country level in order to achieve our employer of choice objectives.
4. Systems & Reports
Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill.
Be in charge of monthly local TA vacancy email and new hire announcement.
5. Projects
Build close working relationships with local HR Business Partners, Centre of Expertise (CoEs) and People Services to support the Business together as a 1HR team.
Other Projects assigned by the Manager.
Do talent pipeline as requested.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related fields.
At least 2 year-experience in recruitment function. Prior experience working in agency would be a plus.
Good at MS Office, Canva and other communication tools.
Experience of working with ATS and social media platforms.
Experience in using analytics as a tool for monitoring performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and native language.
Ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment.
Can-do attitude and work under high pressure.
